  1. A daily text/MMS message with educational bites. Daily CSS tips with examples that are in a gif in the MMS.
  2. A locally-based website that has a community-sourced database of businesses that are having their employees adhering to wearing masks during COVID-19. I found out today a local business does not have any employees wearing masks. No good.
  3. Decentralized social networks. We all want to connect and communicate, most don't want our data being sold and being controlled what we see and don't see.
  4. Municipal-based servers for economic development and entrepreneurship. Free hosting and server space as an EDA initiative. There is a plethora of self-hosting apps and programs to help businesses, and a city/municipality can help get businesses started going for a low cost.
  5. House plant subscription service. We have 30 house plants and there is always room for more green in the house!

  2. I like #3 and #4. When I think of #3 I think of torrents/digital currency mining/filesharing. Great ideas. #4 is simply about deciding what's important at a municipality level. Why can't the larger organizations with huge amounts of capital spare a few server racks to help small businesses get going?
