  1. A digital platform to allow influencers to tag what they are wearing/using with affiliate links to work directly in platforms browser.
  2. COVID-19 school year homeschool in a box for those choosing to keep their kiddos doing distance learning/homeschooling this year.
  3. Coworking food courts for restauranteurs. With the economy going the way it is, rent in a brick and mortar can be costly. We need a food court style space that can allow multiple restauranteurs to have their business and lower the operational costs.
  4. Hybrid brick and mortar stores are another interesting idea. One aspect is sharing a space between businesses that operate at different hours, like a coffee shop and a bar switching at around 4pm. Another hybrid model is to have spaces that are multi-use spaces. Think modular. Can a retail shop have it set up in a way to roll everything into closets that line the walls, and have open event space for the after-hours for rental?
  5. To riff on the previous two ideas, with new build-outs of spaces, thinking in a hybrid way is the future of retail builds, in my opinion. Businesses like Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels working together to have both in the same location. There is a great synergy there where they both work together off their own strengths. Why not a car wash teaming up with an oil-change/tire shop? How about a women's clothing store with an in-store gaming/sports store? Work on the strengths of multiple businesses together that complement, not compete.
