  1. Freelancer protection legislation. This might seem weird, but, for freelancers and project contractors, if a client decides not to pay you, there is not much you can do about it. No legal backing, nothing. There are plenty of legal recourses for not paying service industry businesses, so why not freelancers?
  2. Micro vertical farming kits. Living in Minnesota has quite a few months where vegetables are unable to grow. I have read a lot of improvements in vertical farming indoors, so what if we could build kits for inside your house? How cool would it be to have fresh veggies in the middle of January with the snow blowing?!
  3. AR city tour guides. Build a tour guide that can talk to you with the language trees of Japanese RPG's (ala Final Fantasy) to help you find things around a city. Each city could have it's own tour guide "mascot."
  4. City-inspired streetwear. Rochester MN has a lot of really cool designs of now long-gone businesses. You can pair with local historical societies and find designs and logos of defunct businesses that are part of the history of that area/city/town and build off of that.
  5. Screen-free community spaces. Places that are community spaces with a screen-free policy and that has signal jamming in the area. Old-school phones on a landline for communication!
